I'll update the script in CVS to use /var/lock for Debian, and
perhaps release a 0.3-2.rpm together with an alien-converted .deb.
Does the pre/post-scripts in the .rpm make it over to the .deb-side?
Also: What directory is used in SuSE and Mandrake?
