Listmaster should not waist his time on this kind of bad behaviors of
the mailing list users.

Instead, we should offer comprehensive information on how to unsubscribe
from list using any MUA first.  Replying these hopeless messages are the 
pain.  Recently updated unsubscribe information is better but not good 
enough.

I need updated information on how to read mail header using:

* Outlook express
* Netscape
