apt-get upgrade errors

Yesterday night I tried do an apt-get upgrade but got these 404 erros:

I had assumed that it was something with filearena but these don't exist
at:

 * ftp.debian.org
 * ftp.mirror.aarnet.edu.au

Any idea of what might have happened here? I'm upgrading over a very
slow link so it's possible they could disappear underneath my feet (I
suppose) but I'm not sure what's up...
