If I remember correctly, it's only a compilation flag (configure --with...). You can download the source (diff, dsc, changes, and tar.gz) files from "http://linux.myspinach.org/debian/"; unpack it with deb-source -x ..., and edit the "debian/rules" file so the configure command will include mysql.
