OK, that kernel doesn't have those modules.

You should use the "search packages" section of the Debian web page.
 
Anyway, why do you have this kernel? Unless there is something specific
that it has and kernel-image-2.2.20 does not, you should do something
like

apt-get install kernel-image-2.2.20

Or, if you are feeling brave install a 2.4 series kernel.
