hi! i'd like to know what is the best way to connect two computers together one running linux and the other running windows xp, both having a firewire card. i have heard that firewire is better for big files and real networks, and plip is good for occasional small file transfers. but i'm looking for a one time big file transfer. what should i use, and where can i find more info, specially for firewire+ip? thanks janis
