Re: festival talks too fast

i have a beefy sony GRX-570 and a tiny toshiba portege 2000 and festival works 
fine on the latter but goes into mega hyper speed unintelegiablity on the 
former so i think it  has something to do with having a system that is too 
fast. i have no idea but point is this is a regular occurance.
