Actually, my first problem was that I didn't have quota support in the
kernel (duh).  My second problem was the one described in the link
above.

Quotas seem to be working now, however, I'm not sure whether or not this
is possible but I've heard of a scenario where you can click on the
user's home drive mapping under Windows and have it show you disk space
as your quota rather than the whole disk.  Maybe this requires the patch
that I've read about.  I also haven't checked that the "warnquota" cron
job works properly but I suspect it might.  A couple of other wierd
things have happened but I'm ironing it out.
