gq} reformats to end of the paragraph. gqip reformats the entire
paragraph. lance's macro first seeks line 0, then reformats everything
until the signature separator from there. my macro sought the first
empty line (after the RFC822 headers), then proceeded like lance's.

granted, quoted text is a paragraph to vim, so pressing gq} in the
first line of quoted text does the same as lance's macro, but i am
pedantic, so you're wrong, ms. nori...
