The problem is that every mirror that uses the standard Debian mirroring
script is out-of-sync at least once each day.  The problem is that
updating gets done in a funny order which leaves the mirror's Packages
file (the one you downloaded with 'apt-get update') referring to .debs
that don't exist on the mirror.  If you wait a few minutes the mirror
will catch up and life will be good.

I've been meaning to fix the script, but haven't gotten around to it.
It's not too difficult, really, but will require a bit more disk space
on the mirrors while they're syncing.
