If you look at his header, he has a reply to but it's empty.
Reply-To:
I think that's a no-no as it screws up some mail readers and
spamassassin marks it at about 4.3 of 5 for spam for that thing.
If the Reply-To wasn't there, it wouldn't mark him as spam.
