Read what Ben said at the first response. ipmasqarading and ipforwarding
are 2 things needed.  These are not simple NIC configuration issues.
Read Linux Documentation Project HOWTO on these issues.  See
http://qwww.tldp.org or "apt-get install linux-doc mc" and see
/usr/share/doc/HOWTO using "mc".

Or just install "ipmasq" package after activating proper modules.
"Debian reference, 10. Building a gateway with a Debian system" may be
somewhat useful if you read HOWTO.

BTW, I do not know what do you mean by "filez".  I assumed "files".  I
use scp if it is in Internet and needs some security.  If public
service, http or FTP.

If you mean "warez" though, I do not think people on this list will help
even though there are many known methods. :-)
