ext3 problem, help please!

Hi!

I am using woody with kernel 2.4.18 and ext3 support. After converting all my 
existing ext2 partitions to ext3, I can't boot into the system any more. I get:

LILO 2.22 Loading Linux...........

and the and the system freezes. I did:

tune2fs -j /dev/hdxx
tune2fs -i 0 /dev/hdxx

in each partition. I changed ext2 to ext3 for each partition in /etc/fstab too.

I can boot without problems using a tomsrtbt disk.
Any suggestion? I really need to put the system to work again!
