Personally, I put a filter for him specifically prior to anything else
straight to /dev/null. Worked beautifully here. Then, to cut down on
traffic (not that it was really needed, but *shrug*) I also added a
specific block for his two IP addresses to my firewall. Been nice and
quite on this end.
