Thanks a lot for that suggestion! I have edited:

  /etc/lprng/lpd.perms

to contain just:

  DEFAULT ACCEPT

This allows me to print. Not too shure if there is a security compromise
in this, since I am connected through a (FreeSCO) firewall anyway...
