Yeah, Google helped me and I found it ;)
But as I see what you said, I can't find the options in the kernel
configuration file. A grep on it about irc or IRC does not show nothing
and the menuconfig or xconfig do not show anything too.

BTW, this is 2.4.10, if I didn't specified it.
