I picked that up from Oskar Andreasson's iptables tutorial (I have version
1.0.7 here in front of me). It has some specifics on ftp and also on
outgoing DCCs in IRC. I am sorry, but I don't have the URL for that at the
moment. No doubt google will help you there.
