My reading of 'man debconf.conf' suggests that you could use a Stack
driver with multiple databases using Accept-Name and Reject-Name to
select which packages go into each (although bear in mind that not all
packages use exactly their package name as the prefix for their debconf
questions). See the EXAMPLES section, among others, of debconf.conf(5)
for more information.
