great. i knew it --

listening to a microsoft marketing wonk make promises has
absolutely NO RELATION to what the engineers are up to
in the back room, and we should all know that by now.

so, put

	<meta name="MSSmartTagsPreventParsing" content="TRUE">

everywhere in your web site. far from 'legitimizing' anything
(not something microso~1 cares a whit for anyhow) it should
disable it to at least SOME level.

but i'd bet, knowing the parties involved, that there's also a
way for such a vbscript to override the site's meta "turn it
off" tags.

microso~1 is like that, today and always.

:
Would you like to DISABLE CONTROL-ALT-DEL? Piece of cake.
Just comment the line out in /etc/inittab
	# What to do when CTRL-ALT-DEL is pressed.
	ca:12345:ctrlaltdel:/sbin/shutdown -t1 -a -r now
and then "kill -HUP 1" to have init re-read the file.
