twm doesn't have window menus.

As posted elsewhere, it's the middle mouse button, chord both buttons on
your two-button mouse.  Configure X appropriately if necessary.  Sorry,
I'd misread your question.

...well, it would ;-)

Other options would include launching a shell and killing PIDs.  I
believe there are X apps that will dump relevant context, though
xwininfo and xprop don't dump PIDs.
