aptitude gives collapsible lists.

aptitude does that too.  aptitude also allows you to tell it when to "forget"
about new packages being new, instead of forgetting once you exit the list.

aptitude too, except that aptitude has you select the dependencies manually
(which is good or bad, depending on what you like).
