This depends explicitly on the particular Legacy MS Windows client
you're converting from.  A Google search on 'linux mail conversion' may
be useful.

There are specific tools for LookOut.  Eudora and Netscape use standard
Linux-compatible mailbox formats.  Pegasus may or may not.
