try to find a source-package of the library, for example on
www.freshmeat.net. It should be mentioned in the programs requirements of
the program you are trying to run. As an alternative, try to find the
description of the package from a redhat-system:
$rpm -qf /usr/lib/libxx.so
name-version-revision
$rpm -qi name
