Does anyone know of a graphical waveform editor where you can edit the actual numerical values of each sample, or draw it? I want to make some samples for some MODs I would like to do, but I don't have a good waveform editor. If not, does anyone know of a good Python drawing library I can use so I can make my own? -- Please always Cc to me when replying to me on the lists.
