SANE likes this scanner OK;  the adapter is likely to be a
problem. If it's a "DTC" card from "Domex Technology
Corporation", bear in mind that it *doesn't* work with the
DTC driver in Linux (different manufacturer, same
initials).  I've heard some rumours that this card may work
with one or the other of the NCR5380 SCSI drivers from a
recent kernel and appropriate module or boot parameters,
but you have to configure it first with ISAPNP and I never
got mine to work; you could probably save yourself a lot of
time by looking for a cheap Symbios-compatible SCSI card
instead.
