Try
  route add -net 192.168.0.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 dev eth0
  route add -net 192.168.1.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 dev eth0:0
                             ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
I have similiar setup. When you still have troubles send output of ifconfig
and route commands.
