Suggestion for a simple Perl X-Toolkit?

I'd like to get into creating some simple Perl-driven X apps (I
don't code C++).

I figure my current options are Perl/Tk and Xforms4Perl.

Any experience with any of them?

Do they both have GUI builders to lay out the application look,
 buttons and stuff?

Any good docs out there? (Or are those bundled good?)
(I found http://w4.lns.cornell.edu/~pvhp/ptk/ptkTOC.html)

Any advice or suggections?

Thanks,
