The Kodak DC-210 does produce JPEG files as well as FLASHPIX files. THere
is some developer information at Kodak's website and it looks like they
are soliciting developers to join them in making applications and such.
I do not see any Unix support but I would think that if someone made
something for Linux, it would be a short hop to Solaris.

The first link is about the API for the DC-210 and the second is a link to
the Kodak Developer Relations website. It looks like the devel platform
for Mac is Code Warrior and if CW is to be out for linux soon (which I saw
recently on slashdot) it might be easy enough to do a Linux port.  Not
sure what the costs are.
