You can fire up joe, (Joe's Own Editor) Shift-Pageup to the top, use gpm
and mouse to copy page of stuff, Shift-Pagedown, right-click,
Shift-pageup, copy etc.... I havent tried another editor, but you can
shift-pageup above joe.
Works fine for me. :)
