Timezone in Pine

[Tim Buller <buller@math.ukans.edu>]

Messages sent using Pine 3.96L-2 (hamm/x86) have the date set to UTC. Is
there a way to tell pine to use the local TZ? I didn't see anything in
/etc/pine.conf
