	Hmm, this is interesting, I've never had the ^S command *not* work.  Its
used by Linux (maybe Unix in general) to pause screen output, so if its not
being recognized thats an indication of keyboard/keymap setup problem (or
angband can't intercept the interrupt for it?).  Can you pause a long
directory listing by hitting ^S while the display is scrolling (continue
scrolling, i.e. unpause, with ^Q)?
