Re: how to get color ls display?



     Also see man ls "DISPLAY COLORIZATION", which says:
       You  can override the default colors by defining the envi-
       ronment variable LS_COLORS (or LS_COLOURS).

     The current version of ls handles colors differently than the
version I used in Slackware.
