Just follow the directions and it should work perfectly... or at least it
has for me for over a year now :)
One thing you can do if you aren't used to compiling things is to not
worry about configuring it at compile time. Everything that's important
can be changed in the config file and there is a run time option for
pointing to where the config file lives.
