Why not send mail yourself?
Simply configure sendmail to masquerade as your ISP.  Then, your 
sendmail handles the out-going mail with a return address to
your ISP account.

(I'm sending this from my Linux box at home, which is pretending
to be my Linux box at home.  But the home PC will be connecting
to lists.debian.org to deliver to message to debian-user)
