Get another ftp client. I use Netscape or WS-FTP on '95 at work. Or you can use command line
ftp from a dos shell.

If you examine the links, they should tell you exactly where the files are.

You aren't the first person to have trouble with CuteFTP. I would delete it and try somthing else.
