It just means that someone out on the internet doesn't have their
nameserver set up to handle a domain they're supposed to be responsible
for.
This is a problem with somebody else's DNS setup. You don't need to
worry about it unless other people are getting those messages in their
log about your site.
I've you're running a nameserver, it would be a good idea to read
RFC 1912 at ftp://ftp.internic.net/rfc/rfc1912.txt
