Re: Debian on a Gateway Liberty Laptop???

I kept around a "package" built for the 0.93r6 default kernel, I just
keep that on a floppy so when I reinstall from those, I just do dpkg
install the pcmcia stuff, and then another package for my custom
configuration files, and suck everything else over the net.

It'll be harder for the 1.1 floppies (unless the source kernel package
matches the kernel they use [they didn't last time I tried] -- in
which case it's easier to build on another system.)

Once 1.1 is stable, building a pcmcia kit that matches the kernel it
has should be easy...
