Make sure you have installed the right XKeysymDB file. Netscape offers a 
usable one. When it starts it complains about a missing definition of 
$XKEYSYMDB.

Just look for XKeysymDB and replace it by the one supplied with Netscape 
and define the environment variable XKEYSYMDB pointing to that file.
