Hi. We found a few more to report: 1. Only root (and group mail) has permission to write /usr/spool/mail. This causes "emacs -f rmail" to fail. Permissions should be drwxrwxrwt, shouldn't they? 2. The environmental variable, "term", is always set to "console", even for users logging in from another machine (through ethernet). 3. If one uses emacs when logged in from another machine (through ethernet), reverse video mode gets turned on. --Mike
