glib-config viene en el paquete libglib1.2-dev. Con hacer apt-get install 
libglib1.2-dev se solucionará tu problema, de todas maneras puedes instalar 
el gaim con apt-get install gaim y ya te resolverá las dependencias del 
paquete para que pueda ser ejecutado correctamente.
