GPG: public key decryption failed: Configuration error

Hallo,

seit zwei bis vier Tagen findet GPG meine privaten Schlüssel nicht mehr:

    $ LC_ALL=C gpg --verbose -d bla.gpg
    gpg: public key is 716A89983B10C8D4
    gpg: using subkey 716A89983B10C8D4 instead of primary key 1C43AC18A0815A09
    gpg: using subkey 716A89983B10C8D4 instead of primary key 1C43AC18A0815A09
    gpg: encrypted with 4096-bit ELG key, ID 716A89983B10C8D4, created 2010-07-08

    gpg: public key decryption failed: Configuration error
    gpg: decryption failed: No secret key

`gpg --list-secret-keys` zeigt allerdings die drei Schlüssel aus meinem privaten
Schlüsselring an, es sind auch Dateien in ~/.gnupg/private-keys-v1.d/ vorhanden.
Meine Konfiguration enthält u.a. `default-key  0D7EA9A1`. Der Fehler trit aber
auch ohne Konfiguration auf.
Ich verwende Testing mit GPG 2.1.15.
Ich wäre für Hinweise dankbar!
