Oh, mit GPT Partitionstabellen habe ich leider gar keine Erfahrungen. Was
mir noch spontan einfällt wären ein paar Versuche, ob das wirklich Sinn
hat kann ich allerdings nicht sagen:
> root@testing:/home/sigi# dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sde1 bs=1024k
> dd: Schreiben von „/dev/sde1“: Die Operation ist nicht erlaubt
> 1+0 Datensätze ein
> 0+0 Datensätze aus
> 0 Bytes (0 B) kopiert, 0,000454643 s, 0,0 kB/s
Liegt das evtl daran, dass die Partition gemountet ist, evtl. unmounten
und danach nochmals versuchen?
Oder:

So kann das nicht funktionieren, aber du könntest dies noch einmal mit
Anführungszeichen versuchen, also
# dd if=/dev/zero of="/media/Debian 8.1.0 amd64 1"
Ansonsten bin ich da offen gestanden auch ratlos.
