Damit hat er erstmal gesagt dasz diese "Betriebssystemausnahme" gar nicht
benoetigt wird und nur da ist, damit es niemand falsch verstehen kann.

Da Du offenbar nicht verstanden hat was bei mkisofs passiert, rate ich Dir
zuerst mkisofs mal _genau_ anzusehen, dann die GPL (im _Originaltext_) zu lesen
und dann evt. Fragen zu stellen.
Soviel im Vorraus: "Der Schwanz wedelt nicht mit dem Hund" es ist umgekehrt.
Beachte auf jeden Fall dasz die GPLv2 eine in hohem Masze _asymmetrische_ Lizenz
ist und das man sie nur verstehen kann wenn man diesen Fakt nicht vergisst.
