Achso du willst kompilieren, dann empfehle ich mal das Programm
make-kpkg aus dem Paket kernel-package

Falsches Qt, die Kernel-Gui-Konfiguration laeuft ueber ein qt3-Programm.
Also installiere libqt3-mt-dev

Um die kommst du nicht herum (auch mit qt3 nicht), wenn du die
GUI-Konfiguration willst. Es gibt auch ein Text-Interface, dass benutzt
man mittels make menuconfig bzw. make-kpkg --configure menuconfig.
Dafuer braucht man nur libncruses5-dev.
