Komisch, das von DIr erwähnte Kommando zeigt folgendes an:

sarge:~# e2label /dev/hda6
/

Aber mount nach wie vor folgendes:
sarge:~# mount
/dev/hda7 on / type ext3 (rw,errors=remount-ro)

Und das verstehe ich nicht:

sarge:~# e2label /dev/hda7

Logisch, dass keine Ausgabe entsteht, da hda7 ja nicht gemountet ist, oder 
doch?

Ich blicks grad nicht mehr...
