2 GByte reicht. Der Speicher sollte ausreichen, aber ein upgrade
auf 128 MByte ist empfehlenswert.  -  Auch auf der Console.

Anm.:   Ich habe ein Toshiba T1950ct mit 486dx2/50 und 4+8 MByte
        Ram plus IBM/Hitachi Travelstar 20 GByte.
        Das ganze noch auf Woody, mit 2.4.27, PCMCIA, 3c589-Combo,
        Lucent ORINOCO Gold-Card, ssh, mutt, fetchmail. procmail,
        mc, vgafb, ...
