make menuconfig hat ne GUI. Ansonsten: make xconfig oder im 2.6er IIRC
auch make gconfig.
Davon abgesehen: Wenn man noch keine Kernel gebaut hat ist make-kpkg aus
dem Paket kernel-package oft hilfreich, weil einem das bestimmte
"laestige" Arbeiten abnimmt (Eintrag im Bootloader, bauen der initrd
sofern noetig) und hinterher einfach und sauber zu deinstallieren ist.
