Das erstere ist schon mal nicht schön, das letztere dagegen sagt, das
alle Sektoren remappet werden konnten. Das sagt allerdings nichts
darüber aus, ob Datenverlust eingetreten ist, lediglich, das 13 defekte
Sektoren auf die Reserve umgemapt worden sind.

Und wenn man sich jetzt einmal die Zeiten ansieht, bei denen die
letzten 5 Sektoren-Fehler aufgetreten sind, sowie welche Sektoren es
betrifft, würde ich der Platte nur noch als Türstopper oder
Briefbeschwerer trauen.

Die Platte dagegen sieht vom SMART her OK aus, keine Reallocatet oder
Pending Sektors, keine unüblichen Fehlermeldungen im Log.
Lasse doch einmal badblocks über die Platten laufen. Am besten im
Non-Destruktive-Read-Write-Mode, dann bleiben deine Daten erhalten.
Mit Knoppix booten, DMA einschalten und dann los.
