/dev/(tcp|udp)/host/port

N'Abend,

ich habe gelesen:

  __( manpage 'bash' )__________________________________________________
 /
| BASH(1)                                                   BASH(1)
|
| NAME
|        bash - GNU Bourne-Again SHell
<snip>
| REDIRECTION
<snip>
| Bash handles several filenames specially when they are
| used in redirections, as described in the following table:
<snip>
|               /dev/tcp/host/port
| If host is a valid hostname or Internet
| address, and port is an integer port number
| or service name, bash attempts to open a TCP
| connection to the corresponding socket.
|               /dev/udp/host/port
| If host is a valid hostname or Internet
| address, and port is an integer port number
| or service name, bash attempts to open a UDP
| connection to the corresponding socket.
<snip>
| GNU Bash-2.05a           2001 November 13                 BASH(1)

Kann mir jemand sagen, wo ich Anwendungsbeispiele finde,

Vor allem, wie man die anlegen muß ?
