Mozilla und Firefox auf Deutsch

Hallo,

wie bekomme ich mozilla/ firefox unter debian/ Testing dazu die Menüeinträge
auf deutsch zu liefern.  Eine komplette Neuinstallation der Pakete hat nichts
geholfen.

Folgende Pakete sind installiert:

ii mozilla-mailnews      1.7.3-5 The Mozilla Internet application suite - mail and news sup
ii mozilla-mozgest       1.0-2   Mouse gestures add-on for Mozilla suite
ii mozilla-plugin-vlc    0.8.1-1 multimedia plugin for Mozilla based on VLC
ii mozilla-psm           1.7.3-5 The Mozilla Internet application suite - Personal Security

Das Problem habe ich auf unterschiedlichen Maschinen, mal mehr mal weniger.  

Hat wer 'ne Idee?
